Chef Renato is a Dubrovnik native and a sought after Croatian executive chef with a vast knowledge of local and regional cuisine.
With nearly 20 years’ experience working at the forefront of the most coveted establishments in Dubrovnik, chef Renato has helped shape the fine dining scene in the region, thanks to his love of authentic Croatian cuisine and the finest, locally grown ingredients, and last-but-not-least…big game fishing.
