Every day, from midday through the long Adriatic evening, Suton brings the best of Dalmatian handcraft to the table: briny Ston oysters, Pelješac olive oil, island-foraged herbs, craft cocktails infused with Croatian botanicals and a curated selection of Croatian and international wines. But the true magic arrives at suton—the Croatian word for dusk, when day surrenders to night. Lanterns glow, linen catches the amber light, and the terrace transforms into an intimate social ritual.
